El Paso Taxpayers are encouraged to pay their taxes before Jan. 31 to avoid delinquent penalties and interest. They can pay their taxes by visiting www.elpasotexas.gov/tax-office., by dialing 915-212-0106, by mailing to City of El Paso Tax Office, P. O. Box 2992, El Paso, TX 79999-2992 or in person at City Tax Office, 221 N. Kansas, Suite 300 (Wells Fargo Building, 3rd floor) from Monday – Friday between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Property tax bills may also be printed by visiting the Tax Office website and selecting “Pay Your Taxes.”
